Spiritual Counselling
During your Spiritual Counselling session, we’ll use strategies and tools ranging from coaching and counselling, intuitive guidance, channellings from your guides and the Book of Runes, soul readings, tarot card readings and numerology for Circle of life readings and Yearly reports, all to help guide you back to yourself and a life that is truly yours. This appointment-based service can be scheduled in person or virtually.
Energetic Care
An Energetic Care session is an intuitive healing session that can include Zero Balancing, The Bars, Reiki, Spiritual Alignment Connection and Craniosacral Therapy. This type of work can help remove hidden blockages, glean information on limiting beliefs and even aid physical ailments. This appointment-based service can be scheduled in person or virtually.
Career Coaching
In this 5-month coaching container, you and I will commit ourselves to going deep and truly unveiling the potential you hold for your life’s work. This transforming journey of your career will alter every facet of your life, shaping it into the meaningful experience you’ve continually been envisioning for yourself. Hi! I’m Yvonne.
I am that I am – Coach, Spiritual Teacher, Intuitive, Healer, Author and Speaker.
Over 15 years ago, I decided to start offering my clients services that would deeply impact their lives for years to come. During this time, I’ve made it my focus to gather more knowledge and improve my skills as a coach, teacher and energy worker, to provide long lasting transformation to those who were ready to embark on the journey of their lifetime.

My true purpose and mission in life is to guide people back to who they truly are, allowing them to create and lead a life they absolutely adore. I didn’t always know that this was the case, and in fact, for a long time, I struggled professionally, in the corporate world, was fired, my relationship with my husband crumbled and I felt very lost. I was my very first client – my first go at experimenting with how “unconditional love”, “listening to my heart” and “following the path that was shown to me” could really transform someone's life. And today, it completely shifted my life into one I deeply love.

From there, I started gathering courses and certifications, learning and growing through every single one. I became a Reiki Master and Spiritual Alignment Connection practitioner and teacher, then a Craniosacral Therapy practitioner. After that, a practitioner of Zero Balancing, Access Consciousness (or as it’s more commonly known as “The Bars”), and finally I became a Certified Life Coach. This period in my life is when I really started finding my stride and refining my Intuitive abilities. I was finally gathering enough confidence to start developing services and programs that quickly became powerful and significant shifting points in my clients’ lives.

Today, I dedicate my life to personal growth for myself and my client – keeping enlightenment and self-healing at the forefront as my guiding North Star. I’m a Speaker and Author along with the private work I do as a Spiritual Counselor, Coach, Healer and Teacher, always helping people like you who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives and discover who they truly are.
